We have entered a time where rapid urbanization, globalization, and anthropogenic pressures have drastically altered the world in which we live. In so many ways, we lose touch to the natural systems around us, and this may be something we experience as we are confined by quarantines and the slow violence of global climate change. As researchers in the field of Landscape Architecture, we have the capacity to redefine the roles we play within the discipline; we especially have the skills to elucidate these changes and design artifacts/spaces that invite ecological dynamism. Between the spores of moss to the large-scale impacts of nutrient-loaded waterways, our practice aims at exploring the little things that have the capacity to make big changes.
